How to Add or Edit the Appfolio Integration

  1. Login to the dashboard of your property website at manage.beswifty.com.
  2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Settings >Integration.

  1. First click on Activate and go to manage. 

  1. Then you will get the AppFolio Availability Widget and paste it.

  1. if you want to activate Appfolio availability report emails integration Yes or No  
  2. Some are the following steps which you have to follow.
                      1. Please add the email address "appfolio+penn-arts@beswifty.com"
                      2. Please set the subject “penn-arts – Daily Web Report” for these email
You have to sent the Email giving above and you will get the Daily Web Report

If you want Instant Floor Plans Update just click it. An you will get the instant floor plans update.
Don't forget to Save/Update.
Once you finish everything, click the Save/Update button on top right corner.
