1. Please login to the dashboard of your property website at manage.beswifty.com.
2. In the left sidebar navigate to Settings > Integrations.
   
   
   
   
3. Once you click on Integration it will open up the available integrations. On this page scroll down till you reach 'Google my Business' section. Click on the 'Activate'.
   
   
   
   
4. Scroll down till you reach Google My Business section > GMB options > Click on Connect with Google My Business and follow the instructions to establish the connection.
   
   
   
   
5. Once your Google My Business is connected, you will be redirected back to the integration screen. Scroll down and choose the correct location for which you would like Swifty to pull the information from your 'Google My Business'.
   GMB options > Locations > Click on the drop-down menu to select the location
   
6. You can select and synchronize the information available on your 'Google My Business' with your Swifty multifamily site. Select the relevant check boxes. This being a real-time integration, if you make any changes in your Swifty multifamily account information it will get automatically updated in your 'Google My Business' account too. For eg: If you want to update your working hours you edit it on your Swifty site and it will be automatically updated on your 'Google My Business' page.
   
   
   
   

How to display Google Reviews on your Swifty multifamily site

1. When you select the checkbox corresponding to 'Reviews' and confirm the selection, simply go back this way: Settings > Back > Reviews (Scroll down on the sidebar menu)
   
   
   
   
2. Click on 'Reviews' to see the list of reviews. You can filter the Reviews based on:
1. the sites where they are listed
   
2. the user ratings
   
3. when they were posted
   
3. Simply click on the drop down menu of each tab and hit the 'Filter' button. If you want to deselect then click on 'Refresh Reviews' and if you want to save the filters applied the click on 'Save Selection'.
4. You can even select the number of reviews that you would like to show on your website. We recommend you to choose a maximum of five reviews.
