How to integrate 'RealPage' on your Swifty multifamily website?

  1. Login to the dashboard of your property website at manage.beswifty.com
  2. In the left sidebar navigate to  Settings > Integration



  3. Now, you'll see "Online Property Management Solutions" > RealPage. Here click on the "Manage" tab.



  4. You will now be redirected to the RealPage section on the same screen. Select Yes if you have enabled API integration, this type of integration will refresh the unit availability every hour.
  5. Choose Yes/No for the remaining three questions based on its relevance.
  6. Follow these steps to get the Property Management Company ID and RealPage site ID:
    1. Login to your RealPage account and Find the property by entering its name, address, and state.



    2. Click on View against the property name in the list that populates, copy the ID and paste it under Company and Site ID respectively.



  7. Paste the id in RealPage Site Id.



Don't forget to Save/Update

Make sure to click the Save/Update button on top right corner once you are done with the changes.
