How to add Logos to your property website?
- Login to the dashboard of your property website at manage.beswifty.com.
- Navigate to Settings > Branding.
- Click on the Logos tab. You will see options to add different types of logos.
Types of logos and their usage
- Primary logo white - This is a white version of your property logo. It is usually used in the header and footer of your website. A white logo is best suitable to use when the background color of your website's header and footer is dark.
- Primary logo color - The primary logo color works similar to primary logo white. It is also used in the header and footer of your website when the color of your website's header and footer is light or white.
- Logo bug white and Logo bug color - These two logo types work similarly to the "primary logo white" and "primary logo color". You can use them in the header based on the background color of the header.
- Favicon - A favicon is a small 16×16 pixel icon that serves as branding for your website. Its main purpose is to help visitors locate your page easier when they have multiple tabs open. It is also known as a shortcut icon, website icon, tab icon, URL icon, or bookmark icon. To know more about what is favicon, we suggest you read this article.
- Custom map marker - This logo type is used as a replacement of Google's default map marker to a custom map marker.
- Property management company logo - The property management company's logo is used at the footer of the website.
You can choose from the four logo types that are allowed to use in the header: "Primary logo white," "Primary logo color", "Logo bug white" and "Logo bug color".
Our system supports three file formats, JPG, PNG, and WebP. The "Favicon" and "Custom map marker" only support PNG files. For other logo types, all three file formats are supported.
We strongly recommend using Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) format with a transparent background. Using SVG can help maintain the quality of your logo even in different screen sizes of your website user's computer. Using JPG and PNG may make the logos look pixelated or blurry in different screen sizes.
