How to enable the RealPage RPX API Integration?

  1. Log in to the dashboard of your property website at manage.beswifty.com.
  2. On the left sidebar, navigate to Settings > Integrations.

  1. In Online Property Management Solutions > Activate RealPage and click on the Manage tab.

  1. In the RealPage API mode, there are two methods, i.e., RPX and SDE.

  1. If you select RPX mode, first select Yes or No if you want to have the RealPage API access enabled for Pricing, Availability, and Prospects Management.
  2. If you select Yes, then again choose Yes or No for using the LRO or YieldStar price optimizer if your property has multiple phases and if you want to enable debugging or not.
  3. If you select No for step 5, the LRO step will be missed, and you will have to select Yes or No for multiple phases and debugging.

  1. Later, after all this, fill in the RealPage Site ID (Phases 1, 2 , 3) and Property Management Company ID, and select if you want to disable RealTime Pricing Update.

  1. Then in the Manage available units visibility in frontend settings, put the maximum available units, choose the units sorted by from the three drop-down menus, and select the days for units that will be available next. You can select any of the days as per your choice from the drop-down menu.

  1. Later select Yes or No if you want to use Knock Integration for this property. If you select Yes in this step, fill in the Knock Community ID and Knock Company ID. Also select if you want to enable the appointment scheduler or not

  1. If you choose Yes in the Appointment Scheduler, fill in the number of hours for the average tour duration and choose the form from the drop-down menu for the appointment. If you select "No" for step 9, you do not need to fill anything.
  2. You also receive one more option for using RealPage OneSite for prospect creation. Select Yes or No and fill in the RealPage API Actions as required.

  1. If you select the SDE mode, for the RealPage API mode, you will have to fill everything as mentioned above, and in addition, you will have to fill the OneSite URL, SDE manager username, and password.


Don't forget to Save/Update
Once you finish everything, click the Save/Update button on top right corner.
